Areas of Practice

Marriage and Family

One of the most rewarding services we provide is bringing families together to pursue temporary or permanent opportunities in the U.S. We work with individuals seeking marriage and fiancé(e) visas as well as immediate relative and family-based petitions to pursue or extend residency in the U.S. Request a free consultation.

Deferred Action (DACa)

Some young adults, who entered the US before the age of 16 years old were granted permission to remain in the US and a work permit under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Program. Executive Orders, court decisions, and discussions on Capitol Hill have created confusion and uncertainty around this status. We can help guide you through the legal risks and options that seem to change daily. Request a free consultation.

Citizenship and Naturalization

If you've been in the US with a Green Card for 3 years and married to a US Citizen, or 5 years otherwise, you can become a citizen. We will prepare the forms and appropriate documentation for citizenship application. We also can also attend your interview and help you prepare for the exam. Request a free consultation

U Visa and Vawa

Victims of crimes in the US or in their home countries may also be granted visas through the U visa process. Some victims of spousal or family abuse can self-petition to obtain their lawful permanent residency under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). We will help you determine if you qualify for the U-visa or VAWA and prepare the forms, documentation, and supporting evidence for your application package. Request a free consultation.

Green Cards

Adjustment of status is the process that you can use to apply for lawful permanent resident status (also known as applying for a Green Card) when you are present in the US. This means you may get a Green Card without having to return to your home country to complete visa processing. Request a free consultation to learn more and discuss your options.

Asylum

For clients from certain countries, filing for affirmative asylum is not only a safe option, but will allow for work authorization, a green card, and a path to citizenship. Asylum cases are complicated, but we’ll guide you through each step as we work to prepare the forms, create your declaration and provide the necessary supporting evidence for your claim. Request a free consultation to learn more and discuss your options.
